Koinoneo is set up as a non-profit organization, recognized by the IRS as a section 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity.  Every penny that comes to us goes directly to one of the target areas or to business expenses required to keep the wheels turning.  These are costs related to administering the day to day activities of our non-profit organization.  These expenses do not directly relate to the purpose for which Koinoneo exists, however, they are essential and typically include activities such as bookkeeping, management and governance.  While these expenses are important to the operation of Koinoneo, we try to minimize these expenses as much as possible.
